Questions about accommodation

A.We accept Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Diners, JCB, Nicos, UC, DC and other cards.

A.There is a foreign currency exchange machine in the lobby on the 2nd floor. Other currencies are accepted at the front desk on the 2nd floor, but some currencies may not be accepted. Please note that we do not exchange Japanese yen for foreign currencies.

A.Check-in is from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, we will process your check-in and store your luggage. Check-out is at 11:00.

A.The following additional fees will be charged separately.
Early check-in: 700 yen per hour from 11:00 to 15:00
Late check-out: 700 yen per hour from 11:00 to 15:00
*If you exceed 4 hours in either case, you will be charged the overnight or day use fee.
*Please note that this may not be available depending on room availability.

A.We will do our best to accommodate your requests, so please let us know.

A.If you cancel your stay, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
If you contact us the day before your planned stay: 20%
If you contact us on the day of your stay: 80%
If you do not contact us and do not show up: Charge 100%

A.We have baby cribs available for children up to 12 months old for 2,000 yen each. As the number is limited, please contact us as soon as possible if you require one.

A.If you have a preschool child and do not require a separate bed, and you are able to share a bed with them, the accommodation fee is free. We can also provide an extra bed for 3,000 yen per bed. There are restrictions depending on the room type, so please contact us for more information.

A.We do not accept subsequent billing, so payment must be made in advance by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

Questions about restaurants and bars

A.If you have a specific date and time in mind, we recommend making a reservation in advance.

A.All seats in the main dining room, "Sense," are non-smoking.

A.Yes, this is possible at all restaurants.

Questions about banquets

A.Reservations can be made up to one year in advance, but please contact us for larger banquets.

A.Please use the smoking booth located in the lobby on the 2nd floor.

A.We sincerely apologize, but we ask that you refrain from doing so.

Hotel-wide inquiries

A.There is parking available for up to 100 cars.
Parking fees (for general vehicles) are usually 400 yen per night from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.
It cannot be used outside of the stay period.
Outside of these hours, an additional fee will be charged.
Restaurant guests can use the parking lot for up to 5 hours free of charge.

A.There is a free shuttle bus.

A.Please contact the front desk.

A.Any items left behind inside the hotel will be kept at the front desk.
However, please note that lost items will be reported to the nearest police station if more than seven days have passed since the item was found.
Please note that if you wish to have your item shipped, payment on delivery will be required.

A.Wheelchairs are available free of charge, but please make a reservation in advance as numbers are limited.
Please ask at the front desk when you wish to use it.
