We guarantee that the accommodation rates offered on the Narita Gateway Hotel official website are the lowest prices.

If you have booked a room on the Narita Gateway Hotel official website and you find the same room on another booking site at a lower price, please contact the hotel you booked with within 24 hours of making your reservation using the designated form. We will check in advance and, if the best rate is not being maintained, we guarantee that you will stay at the lowest price reported to you.

In order to guarantee the best rate, the following conditions must be met:

  • Same hotel
  • Same accommodation date (arrival date/departure date)
  • Same number of people
  • Similar room types
  • Same stay time (check-in/check-out time)
  • Same payment method
  • Same cancellation conditions
  • Same services and benefits (including amenities)

Not covered by warranty

Please note that in order to guarantee the best rate, the following cases will be excluded from comparison.

  • Fees not publicly disclosed, such as corporate contract fees
  • Rates for specific membership organizations
  • Package rates that include use of facilities other than accommodation, transportation, meals, etc.
  • Rates that cannot be booked online, such as reservations only accepted by phone
  • Rates that require prepayment via coupons, vouchers, credit cards, etc.
  • Charges for sales by travel agencies (arranged tours, etc.) where the hotel has no involvement in the sales amount
  • Rates that require you to enter a credit card number when making a reservation

If you have booked an accommodation through the Narita Gateway Hotel official website and you find that the accommodation is the same as the one being sold on another booking site at a lower price, please contact the hotel you booked with within 24 hours of making your reservation using the designated form.
If we confirm your reservation and find that the best rate is not being offered, we guarantee that you will stay at the lowest price notified by you. In order to stay at the lowest price under this guarantee, the following confirmation conditions must be met.

  • When comparing rates, the above best rate guarantee conditions must be met.
  • You must be able to confirm your reservation number, which proves that you have made a reservation on the Narita Gateway Hotel official website.
  • Information that allows you to check the reservation price on the Narita Gateway Hotel official website and the lower price on the target reservation site (reservation site name, plan name, price, etc.)
  • You have not cancelled any currently booked reservations
