Information about storing luggage

Thank you for your continued patronage of Narita Gateway Hotel.

Our hotel offers a luggage storage service to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay.

Taking into account recent usage patterns, we will be establishing the following regulations from October 2025.

●We will store up to three items per person free of charge.

●For the fourth or subsequent package, a fee of 300 yen (tax included) will be charged per package (regular size).

The same conditions apply when sending luggage before check-in or storing it after check-out.

*Please note that we cannot store valuables, food, or dangerous items.

This is an effort to provide a safer and more comfortable environment for our customers.
